    It is used to filter discharge air (smoke) from ovens and grills fuelled with wood, charcoals or biomasses, for example in pizzerias, bakeries, takeaways, restaurants, etc. The "SMOKI MAXI" system, connected at any point of the flue of an oven fuelled with wood, charcoal or biomasses, constitutes an efficacious natural filter against atmospheric pollution.

    11 - SYSTEM MAINTENANCE INTERVALS The maintenance operations to be described here cover the entire maintenance cycle (weekly, regular and special maintenance).
