    I n t r o d u c t i o n 1. Introduction With the Nokia Speakerphone HF-310, you can make and answer calls hands free. You can connect the speakerphone to a compatible mobile device that supports Bluetooth wireless technology.

    Before charging the battery, carefully read “Battery and charger information”, p. 16. Warning: Use only chargers approved by Nokia for use with this particular model. The use of any other types may invalidate any approval or warranty, and may be dangerous.

    G e t s t a r t e d displayed. Charging the battery fully may take up to 2 hours and 10 minutes. If you use a charger that is connected to the cigarette lighter socket, power must be supplied by a 12-volt car battery. Ensure that the charger is properly inserted in the cigarette lighter socket and does not interfere with the normal operation of the car.

    B a s i c u s e 4. Basic use ■ Make or end a call To make a call from your mobile device that is connected to the speakerphone, use the device in the normal way. Speak towards the speakerphone.

    B a s i c u s e To switch the call back to the speakerphone, switch on the speakerphone (if it is off), or press and hold the answer/end key for about 2 seconds. ■ Clear settings or reset To clear the pairing settings from the speakerphone, press and hold the power key and the answer/end key (for over 4 seconds) until the red and green indicator lights start to alternate.
