Configure Mobile Hotspot
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings Mobile Hotspot.
2. Touch Configure to configure your Mobile Hotspot's
details, including:
• Network SSID: View and edit your device's name, used by
other devices when connecting to your mobile hotspot.
• Hide my device: When enabled, your device does not appear
in other device's scans for Wi-Fi access points. To connect to
your device, other devices must be in your Allowed device list,
and must know your device's Network SSID and Password (if
security is enabled).
• Security: Choose a security level.
• Password: If you chose a Security level, enter a password for
other devices to use when accessing your mobile hotspot.
• Show password: Touch to enable display of your password in
the Password field. When disabled, the password is not shown.
• Show advanced options: Depending on the Security level you
chose, set options for accessing your mobile hotspot.

Broadcast Channel: Choose Auto to have the device
automatically choose a channel for broadcasting, or choose a
channel.
Mobile Hotspot menu
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings Mobile Hotspot.
2. Touch Menu for options:
• Timeout settings: Choose a time period, to automatically turn
of your mobile hotspot if there is no connection for the time
period.
• Help: View information about using Mobile Hotspot.
