Updating the Firmware
SanDisk occasionally releases firmware updates, which may include new features and
TM
performance enhancements. To ensure your Sansa Fuze
media player has the latest
firmware, please download and install the Sansa Firmware Updater at
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/278.
Formatting the Player
WARNING: Formatting the player will delete all the content you have on the player.
1. From the main menu, select Settings.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Format.
4. Select Yes to start formatting.
You can also format your player from a PC using Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player.
