Mounting instructions
 x58C:
Fasten the M4 anti-rotation pin 1 to the rear of the motor (secure
it using a locknut);
 mount the encoder on the motor shaft using the reducing sleeve 6 (if
supplied). Avoid forcing the encoder shaft;
 x58C:
insert the anti-rotation pin 1 into the slot on the flange of the
encoder; this secures it in place by grub screw 2, preset at Lika;
x59C:
fasten the fixing plate 4 to the rear of the motor using two M3
cylindrical head screws 5;
 fix the collar to the encoder shaft by means of the M2.5 screw 3.

Instrucciones de montaje
 x58:
Fijar el pin antigiro M4 1 en la parte posterior del motor (fijación
mediante contratuerca);
 montar el encoder y el manguito reductor 6 (si se suministra) en el eje del
motor sin forzar el eje del encoder;
 x58:
insertar el pin antigiro 1 en el fresado de la brida del encoder; de
esta manera el pin 1 es mantenido en su posición mediante el
tornillo 2 prefijado por Lika;
x59:
fijar la placa de fijación 4 en la parte posterior del motor
mediante los dos tornillos 5 de cabeza cilíndrica tipo M3;
 fijar el collar de el eje encoder mediante el tornillo 3 tipo M2.5.

To minimize noise connect properly the shield and/or the connector housing and/or the frame to ground.
Connect properly the cable shield to ground on user's side. Lika's EC- pre-assembled cables are fitted with
shield connection to the connector ring nut in order to allow grounding through the body of the device.
Lika's E- connectors have a plastic gland, thus grounding is not possible. In the specific case pin 1 of M12
connector is specifically intended to allow the connection of the shield to ground. If metal connectors are
used, connect the cable shield properly as recommended by the manufacturer.
Installation has to be carried out with power supply disconnected.

Fissare il pin antirotazione M4 1 sul retro del motore (fissaggio con
controdado);
 inserire l'encoder sull'albero del motore utilizzando la boccola di riduzione 6 (se
fornita). Evitare sforzi sull'albero encoder;
 x58C:
inserire il pin antirotazione 1 nella fresatura della flangia encoder;
esso rimane così in posizione grazie al grano 2 prefissato da Lika;
x59C:
fissare la molla di fissaggio 4 sul retro del motore utilizzando due
viti M3 a testa cilindrica 5;
 fissare il collare dell'albero encoder per mezzo della vite M2.5 3.

Fixer le pivot antirotation M4 1 à la partie postérieure du moteur
(le bloquer au moyen d'un contre-écrou);
 monter le codeur et la douille de réduction 6 (si fournie) sur l'arbre moteur sans
forcer l'arbre du codeur;
 x58:
introduire le pivot antirotation 1 à l'intérieur de la fraisage dans la
bride du codeur; de cette façon le pivot 1 est maintenu en position
par le boulon sans tête 2 préfixé par Lika;
x59:
fixer la plaquette de fixation 4 à la partie postérieure du moteur en
utilisant deux vis type M3 à tête cylindrique 5;
 fixer le collier de l'arbre codeur au moyen de la vis type M2.5 3.

Montagehinweise
 x58C:
M4 Antirotationspin 1 auf der Rückseite des Motors anschrauben
und durch die Verwendung einer Gegenmutter sichern;
 Geber und Reduzierhülse 6 (wenn erforderlich) auf die Motorwelle montieren.
Belastungen der Geberwelle vermeiden;
 x58C:
Antirotationspin 1 im Geberflansch einstecken. Der Antirotationspin
1 behält seine Position durch den angeschraubten Gewindestift 2;
x59C:
Drehmomentstütze 4 auf der Rückseite des Motors mit zwei M3
Zylinderschrauben 5 befestigen;
 Klemmflansch mit einer M2.5 Zylinderschraube 3 festschrauben.
