Assess whether the noise level is within the limits of the country of destination and use. It is therefore recommended, to equip operators with appropriate protective measures (earphones or earplugs) as necessary, if the noise level exceeds the permissible limits. Warnings During transport, handling and storage, the unit should always be disconnected from energy sources and its moving parts should be properly secured. - Page 4 The unit must be set up taking into account access areas for regular and emergency maintenance. The lighting in the room shall be such as to ensure excellent visibility of the flushing unit. Unit positioning The flushing unit can be moved and, to ensure proper use, it should be positioned in a well-lit place in the immediate vicinity of the serviced vehicle.

Additionally, a filter with a sight glass is installed on the return line to observe the flushing process and proper cleaning. What is the pulse flushing in the "Super Flush" device? It involves the supply of cleaning fluid in equal intervals alternating with compressed air. - Page 6 Installation Install the filter box (located in the station compartment), screw it to the body. Connect the filter–station connection hoses. Install the connection hoses: - blue hose - red hose Check the air turbine lubrication oil level in the tank, top up with pneumatic systems oil if low.

Page 11: Cleaning Agent
This will allow the substance to evaporate after the flushing procedure. We recommend an agent offered by the manufacturer: Magneti Marelli. The cleaning agent should be fully removed from the system as it may damage the compressor as well as the rubber parts used in the connections of the air conditioning hoses. -

Caution!!!! Throttling nozzles, compressors, expansion valves should not be flushed. ADAPTERS KIT A set of connection adapters for air conditioning components is recommended due to the different connection ports in vehicles with air conditioning systems. The kits are available from the manufacturer Magneti Marelli. - Page 13 WITHDRAWAL FROM SERVICE AND DISPOSAL Withdrawal from service If a decision has been made to cease using the flushing unit, it should be made no longer usable by completely removing the cleaning liquid and disconnecting the compressed air. The Guarantee does not cover Consumable parts. A defect in a Consumable part may, however, be accepted by the Service if the Service determines that the parts wore unnaturally fast compared to their equivalents.
