1. SAFETY RULES 1.1 Of ATF EXTRA PRO PRO Carefully read this manual before using the unit. Forbid the use of this device to any non-allowed persons. Do not remove or make illegible tags or danger, obligatory or forbidden signals. - Page 6 1.2 Of the user Carefully read this manual before using the unit. Keep protective wearing and behave properly. Always wear glasses protection when working on the piping system of the vehicle’s transmission, to protect your eyes from violent jets of hot liquid. Do not use common glasses, but only security glasses. Observe the safety zone during the lifting of the vehicle.

Always obtain the MDS of materials used and follow what it being reported on that. 1.3 Disposal Separate electrical, electronic, plastic and ferrous parts before demolishing the instrument. - Page 11 Place the USED FLUID tank in the rear compartment of the ATF EXTRA PRO ( OLD), as shown in figure 2.2. When positioning the ATF EXTRA PRO for any type of process, you should make sure that at least the two GREEN and RED indicator lights are visible. CAUTION: When filling and emptying the tanks, take care to avoid impact.
- Page 12 Connect the ATF EXTRA PRO to the car battery: the black clamp to the negative pole ( ) and the red clamp to the positive pole ( CAUTION: the unit works only with 12 Volt. If power supply is not correct, the machine will not turn on.
- Page 13 NOTE It is not necessary to know the direction of flow of the fluid, as the ATF EXTRA PRO will detect it automatically. Connect either of the two hoses of the ATF EXTRA PRO, using the right fitting, to the transmission side and the other hose of the ATF EXTRA PRO to the hose that you have just disconnected.

After the engine starting if the fluid temperature is too low, it may appear the following message: OIL TEMPERATURE TOO LOW WAITING 22°C…………………………………………………………………...>30°C The above message will appear only when the fluid temperature is lower then 30°C. ATF EXTRA PRO will proceed automatically when the oil temperature is higher the 30°C. PLEASE CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL IS OK •... - Page 15 NOTE Check the oil level by followint the car maker instruction ATF EXTRA PRO real status NEW OIL 11.0L OLD OIL 0.1L ADDITIVE TANK EMPTY GENERIC ATF 34°C • NEW OIL: show the new oil quantity present in the new oil tank.

- Page 22 ATF EXTRA PRO will run the pump to cycle the oil. In this phase is possible to purge possible air drom by open the tap as the picture show. The tap will permitt to wast the small oil quantity into the old oil tank together with ar drop to permitt the good filling of the internal hydraulic circuit.
- Page 23 In case of worn hoses, replace them immediately with new ones to prevent possible problems. 9.1 OIL FILTERS MAINTENANCE After 50 complete transmission fluid change operations, the two filters housed inside the unit should be replaced. The number of fluid change operations performed by the ATF EXTRA PRO is printed on the docket. NOTE Use original filters ( 007935110020).
