Step 6: Front Beam Assembly Part 1 A: Connect (2118) and (2117) together so the lap joints are tight. Place a (538) on each end as shown in F6.2, making sure lap joints are tight and all boards are flush. With the laps facing down, install one TN2 into the top holes at each lap joint, then attach boards together from the opposite side using three G1 (with LW2 and FW12).

Step 6: Front Beam Assembly Part 2 B: Position the Front Beam Assembly so the bolt heads are to the outside. Place Shed Insert Short on the left side of the assembly so the bolts holes line up with (538) and (2118). Insert a 3/8” bolt into the lower bolt holes as a guide to hold the insert in place, then attach using six S39.

Step 6: Front Beam Assembly Part 3 D: Connect one (2119) to a (536), taking note of hole orientation and making sure the laps are tight. Install two TN2 into the holes on (536) at the lap joint, then attach boards together from the opposite side using two G1 (with LW2 and FW12) as shown in F6.8 and F6.9.

Step 8: Frame Assembly Part 4 E: With helpers, stand the Frame Assemblies and have 2 people lift the Front Beam Assembly into place across the front opening so it’s tight to the Beam Assemblies on each end and flush to the top. Note hole orientation in F8.9.
