ASSEMBLY HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY 1. Rotate the stem to the front. 2. Loose 4 screws with allen wrench, remove the cap. 3. Put handlebar in between, make sure the is centered (fig.2.2.1). 4. Fix the 4 screws halfway back, then screw them up in order (fig.2.2.2).

2. Loose the bolt of brake pad, adjust the position of the brake pad on both sides so that they are parallel to the rim, and the front and rear ends should fit the curvature of the rim. Squeeze the brake handle so that the brake pad is tight against the rim, and tighten the brake pad bolts with a wrench.(fig.2.10).
