ASSEMBLY 1. ASSEMBLY THE HANDLEBAR 1.1 Remove the plastic lid off. 1.2 Insert the stem post into the steerer tube and adjust the handlebar height until the rider feels they have control of the bicycle and are comfortable. 1.3 Tighten the stem binder bolt clockwise. 1.4 Use an allen wrench to adjust the angle of the handlebar, until the rider has control of the bicycle and are comfortable.
