All capsules are pre-packaged and sealed. You can choose from different flavours of coffee
capsules depending on your preference.
Capsules can be easily identified by the Logo "CAFFITALY SYSTEM" which is a commercial
product.
When the lever is pulled down, the capsule holder and the capsule in it are pushed
upwards. During this step, the capsule is pierced from the bottom and from the top by two
small spikes to let the water through.
The coffee making process starts once the coffee selection button has been pressed; to
stop this function press the coffee selection button again. Hot water is pushed through the
top hole into the capsule, out of the lower hole and into the cup.
As easy as that! Your caffè lungo, cream coffee or espresso is ready to drink.
Insert the capsules as they are. Do not open or pierce the capsules.
