Installation 3 Installation Read this chapter carefully before installing the machine. This is the only way to ensure optimum safety. 3.1 Introduction The initial installation is done by the dealer. When moving the ma- chine, contacting the dealer is recommended. Installing the machine may only be done by qualified staff.
Installation 3.4 Cooling water connection • Connect the supply hose to a so-called washing machine tap (wa- ter tap 3/4" with aeration). The water pressure must be at least 1.6 bar and no more than 3 bar. • Connect the drain hose to a drain line. Make sure that no water can get into the machine.

All other models are equipped with an ice cream head, which can only be used to dispense soft- serve ice cream.

Malfunctions 6.3 How can I get the best yield from the machine? To get optimal yield out of your machine, a stably running machine with a constant air-ice cream mix balance is a necessity. If this air/mix balance is not constant, your ice cream will be soft or wet or your ma- chine will make a rasping sound, you will experience a popping from the dispensing opening or the machine's display will indicate 'LO'.

However, at least once every six weeks. • Descale the machine every second to fourth cleaning depending on the level of soiling, but at least twice a year.
You will need the following items when cleaning the machine: • Buckets & brushes. • Tea towel or kitchen paper. • Cleaning agent (recommended: Nissei Cip Clean). • Disinfectant (recommended: Nissei Algides). • O-ring removal tool. • Alcohol spray 80%.
Place the parts on a clean tea towel or piece of paper. Cleaning solution • Prepare a solution of 100 ml of Nissei Cip Clean and 10 litres of warm water in a clean bucket. Refresh the cleaning solution regularly during cleaning.
