INTRODUCTION The SODIR model FC-26 and FC-34 convection ovens are designed to offer quality baking, cooking and reheating. The ovens are constructed of food service quality stainless steel, and are equipped with a rear-mounted blower fan and heating element. The units are thermostatically controlled up to 450 F with a 120-minute timer. -
