HOW TO USE THE PLUM WINE DISPENSER

This home is equipped with a PLUM for your enjoyment. The first appliance to automatically preserve, chill, and serve any bottle of wine by the glass

1. To begin, touch +BOTTLE button to unlock the door
   
2. Open the door and insert the bottle with cork facing towards you
   

LOAD A BOTTLE

3. Place the bottle in chamber with label fully visible and facing UP...
   
4. ...ensuring bottle rests securely inside the sealing cup AND close the door
   
5. Works with any type of bottle
   

POUR YOUR FIRST GLASS

6. To pour, touch the wine label you want to enjoy...
   
7. ...and select TASTE or GLASS
   
8. Make sure your glass is under the spout before pouring

Details on the vintage, varietal, region, winery, and more can be explored at a touch

Touching the will bring you back to the main screen

CHANGE A BOTTLE

Once a bottle is empty, touch the replace button on screen and open door

Remove empty and replace with new one...

...ensuring bottle rests securely inside the sealing cup AND close the door

Some wines, such as screw caps, may leave a little wine in the chamber. Just wipe with a paper towel if needed

ADJUST WINE SERVING TEMPERATURE PER BOTTLE

Touch DETAILS button...

...and adjust serving TEMPERATURE per bottle using the PLUS (+) or MINUS (-) buttons under the label
