11 Assembly Instructions BIKE ASSEMBLY: ⑤ ③ ⑥ ① B type helmet shield ④ ⑧ ⑦ ② B type has no A and B plug-ins STEPS: Step 1: Install handle bar over front fender and into front fork covers in the same order as diagram 1. Step 2: Install the front wheel with axle rod and nuts, pay attention to diagram 2 for order of parts assembly.
Important Information 12 1: Before using the bike for the first time locate the plugs on the right hand side of the handlebars as per image 1 below. Ensure these plugs are connected together. 2: Charging Information. Refer to image 2 below. 13 Charging Instructions To Charge the Battery: 1: Ensure the bike is stopped and turned off. 2: Plug the round charge pin into the charge port on the right side of the bike. As per image below. 3: Plug transformer into a 240 V outlet. NOTE: First time charge should be for 10-14 hours Subsequent charges should be 8-10 hours.
Reset Fuse 14 Thermal Overload Fuse: This bike is fitted with a thermal overload fuse. If the bike is overloaded the fuse will cut off power to the bike for 10-20 seconds before resetting itself. To avoid the fuse activating please follow the below guidelines.
15 Maintenance Important Battery and Charger Information Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings may handle and operate the battery and battery charger. Keep away from children. Charge the battery for 10-14 hours before using the vehicle for the first time.
General Care 16 Regularly inspect all vehicle parts to ensure they are in good working condition. Regularly inspect the charger, cord, plug, and other related parts for damage. Remove any damaged parts and immediately contact Customer Service for replacement parts. DO NOT operate the vehicle if there are any damaged parts.
