The following applies to all maintenance or repair work: • It is essential to disconnect the filling station from the compressed air connection before carrying out maintenance or repair work. • Only use original spare parts. • The maximum working pressure must not be exceeded (see point 1 „technical data“). - Page 6 Information: In order to be able to set up the filling station and the product container flexibly, the transparent suction hose is supplied with a length of approx. 3m. This length can be shortened as required before connecting it to the product container. • Noticeable and unusual noise development when filling the spray bottle. • Possible cause: Cylinder seal has no lubrication. Solution: Grease the filling station via the built-in grease nipple (see point 7). We recommend long life assembly grease. Leave the filling station in its initial position and connected to the compressed air supply during lubrication. -

Es dürfen nur Medien verwendet werden, die von Ihrem Lieferanten für diese Füllstation freigegeben sind! Die Füllstation stellt eine Gefahr für Personen und das Eigentum des Betreibers dar, wenn: - Unqualifiziertes Personal arbeitet an und mit der Füllstation. -

Für alle Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten gilt Folgendes: • Vor Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten muss die .. Ist der endgültige Standort der Abfüllstation und des Produktbehälters gewählt, können Sie nun auch den Saugschlauch an den Produktbehälter anschrauben.

Nur wenn die Sprühflasche vollständig entleert ist (Medium E Druckluft), wird beim Nachfüllen der Sprühflasche der optimale Füllgrad erreicht. Wenn die Druckluft durch unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen der Spraydose vorzeitig entweicht, sich aber noch Medium in der Sprühflasche befindet, muss diese an der Füllstation nachgefüllt werden. -

Achtung! Sorgen Sie für eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung der bei der Wartung und Pflege anfallenden Reststoffe. 8. Lagerung Die Füllstation muss unter den folgenden Bedingungen gelagert und aufbewahrt werden: • An einem trockenen und staubfreien Ort aufbewahren. • Nicht mit Flüssigkeiten und/oder aggressiven Chemikalien in Berührung bringen. -

Lösung: Verschließen Sie die Sprühflasche durch Anziehen der DE Überwurfmutter • Mögliche Ursache: Die Ventildichtung ist defekt. Lösung: Undichtes Ventil austauschen oder Sprühflasche entsorgen. -

Het volgende geldt voor alle onderhouds- of reparatiewerkzaamheden: • Het is essentieel om het vulstation los te koppelen van de persluchtaansluiting voordat u onderhoud of reparaties uitvoert. • Gebruik alleen originele reserveonderdelen. • De maximale werkdruk mag niet worden overschreden (zie punt 1 „technische gegevens“). •... - Page 42 Informatie: Om het vulstation en de productcontainer flexibel te kunnen opstellen, wordt de transparante aanzuigslang geleverd met een lengte van ca. 3m. Deze lengte kan naar wens worden ingekort voordat hij op de productcontainer wordt aangesloten. Als de definitieve locatie van het vulstation en de productcontainer is gekozen, kun je nu ook de aanzuigslang op de productcontainer schroeven.
