Page 16 3. Assembly and preparation of the set for work The assembly is illustrated using the example of a wooden smokehouse. The smokehouse to which the set modules are to be mounted should be located / set up outside the building under a roof.
Page 17 Before assembly, read the enclosed instructions carefully. • In the case of a wooden smokehouse, before assembling the modules, we recommend protecting the outer surface of the smokehouse chamber with edible oil or a natural impregnant, e.g. linseed oil. Page 29 Installation von Heizung, Thermo- und Thermoelementmodulen und Regler Wir empfehlen, die Montagearbeiten (insbesondere bei der Montage des Reglermoduls) mit Hilfe einer zweiten Person durchzuführen). 1) Nehmen Sie das Heizmodul aus der Verpackung (siehe Abbildung unten). 2) Markieren Sie mithilfe der im Kit enthaltenen Heizmodul-Montageschablone (abgestimmt auf die Größe der Heizmodul-Rückbox) die Stelle unten an der Rückwand der Räucherkammer.
Page 30 3) Platzieren Sie das Heizmodul in der rechteckigen Öffnung an der Rückwand der Kammer – schieben Sie es ganz hinein, bis seine größere Blechoberfläche an der Wand der Räucherkammer anliegt. Das Modul ist fertig zum Anschrauben. 4) Das Heizmodul mit den im Set enthaltenen Holzschrauben (4 Stück 3,5x20 mm bzw. 3,5x12 mm - je nach Wandstärke) von der Kammerinnenseite her an die Rückwand schrauben, bei Smokern aus Stahl (oder anderen Werkstoffen) Metallschrauben (oder andere geeignete Schrauben) verwenden.
