    By using these modules, you gain a modern and user-friendly electric smokehouse that allows for professional hot, cold and hot smoking, drying, heating or baking of products. You can conveniently control the smoking directly using the panel or using the Browin Control application.

    • The place of use must be kept clean. Clutter encourages accidents. It is forbidden to leave the device unattended. • The device must not be used near flammable liquids, gases or dust. During operation, the heater installed in the device heats up to a high temperature, which may cause ignition of dust or vapors and lead to an explosion.

    Assembly of heater, thermal and thermocouple modules and Wi-Fi controller We recommend that assembly work be carried out with the help of a second person (especially when assembling the controller module). Remove the heater module (shown in the illustration below) from the packaging. Using the template for mounting the heating module included in the set (matched to the size of the rear box of the heating module), mark the place at the bottom of the rear wall of the smoking chamber.
  • Page 28 Screw the heater module to the rear wall from the inside of the chamber using the wood screws included in the set (4 pcs. 3.5x20 mm or 3.5x12 mm - depending on the wall thickness), and in the case of steel (or other) smokehouses, use metal screws (or other suitable ones).
  • Page 29 There is a green thermocouple on the Controller module mounting wall. Remove the cardboard protecting the green thermocouple wire and the electrical connector (be careful - do not push the wires inside the Controller Module!). Gently pull the green thermocouple out of the Controller Module by about 15-20 cm (be careful - do not yank the wire so as not to tear it out of the controller).
  • Page 30 Connect the thermostat wires through the chamber wall to the electrical connector coming from the Controller Module. a) Open the electrical connector clips. b) Insert the thermostat module wires into the openings of the electrical connector (1) - until you feel resistance, then lower the clips (2).
  • Page 31 Bend the thermocouple downwards in an arc (Fig. C), then insert it through the hole in the lower bent side of the plate and secure the thermocouple from below with the M8 nut included with the module (Fig. D). Fig. C Fig.

Secure the Controller Module with four black M4 2x19mm screws (included). Connect the main wire with the red quick connector to the Controller Module (to connect the module to the heater module). Insert the wire into the socket until you hear the characteristic click of the latch.

    Attach the main cable to the smoker wall using the 4 cable clamps included in the kit – as shown in the picture: Connect the power cord to the heater module socket: 4. Service Remember that before you begin smoking any food, you must “warm up” the heating elements. This process should take about 30 minutes and is done to remove any manufacturing residue.

When selecting a given option for using the smokehouse, use the settings available on the controller in accordance with the general guidelines and the recommendations given in the recipe relating to a specific batch.

    At the first start-up of the smokehouse, the screen will display the default parameters, which are standard when the controller software is uploaded: A: The current temperature inside the smokehouse. B. The set temperature to which the smokehouse will heat C.
  • Page 36 • ENTER With the ENTER button, you can select the process parameters you want to set: A short press of the ENTER button allows you to navigate between parameters. The current parameter selection is indicated by an arrow on the screen and additionally by a short sound. To change parameters (e.g., the set temperature in the smokehouse), use the ENTER button to select the desired parameter, and then use the + / - buttons to set the required temperature or time value and turn the smoke generator and/or fan on or off.

    Installation von Reglermodulen, Heizung, Thermoelement und Thermoelement Wir empfehlen, die Montagearbeiten (insbesondere beim Zusammenbau des Reglermoduls) mit Hilfe einer weiteren Person durchführen zu lassen. Nehmen Sie das Heizmodul (siehe unten) aus der Verpackung Markieren Sie mithilfe der im Set enthaltenen Heizmodul-Montageschablone (abgestimmt auf die Größe der Heizmodul-Rückbox) die Stelle unten an der Rückwand der Räucherkammer.

Platzieren Sie die Montageschablone des Controller-Moduls an der Seitenwand der Kammer im oberen Teil, sodass die bereits in die Wand gebohrten Löcher mit den auf der Schablone markierten Löchern übereinstimmen.

Entfernen Sie den Karton, der das grüne Thermoelementkabel und den elektrischen Anschluss schützt (Vorsicht - drücken Sie die Drähte nicht in das Innere des Controller-Moduls!). Ziehen Sie das grüne Thermoelement vorsichtig ca. 15 - 20 cm aus dem Controller-Modul heraus (Achtung: Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel, um es nicht aus dem Controller zu reißen).
  • Page 50 Verbinden Sie die Thermostatkabel durch die Kammerwand mit dem elektrischen Anschluss, der vom Controller-Modul kommt: a) Öffnen Sie die Klemmen der elektrischen Anschlüsse. b) Führen Sie die Drähte des Thermostatmoduls in die Löcher im elektrischen Anschluss (1) ein, bis Sie einen Widerstand spüren, und senken Sie dann die Clips (2) ab.

Verbinden Sie das Hauptkabel mit dem roten Schnellstecker mit dem Controller-Modul (um dieses Modul mit dem Heizmodul zu verbinden).

    Befestigen Sie das Hauptkabel mit den 4 im Kit enthaltenen Kabelhaltern an der Wand der Räucherkammer - wie im Bild gezeigt. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an die Buchse des Heizmoduls an: 4.
