    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attached 2 Foot Pad (No.27) onto the Front Stabilizer (No.2) and 2 Foot Pad (No.27) onto the Rear Stabilizer (No.3) by hand. 1. Remove 4 Bolts (No.28) and 4 Washers (No.21) from the Front Stabilizer (No.2) and Rear Stabilizer (No.3). 2.
