Assembly Instructions Assemble on a flat, level surface that is capable of supporting a fully loaded cart. Remove the two Nuts and Bolts from the corners under the the Handle. Do not reuse bolts and nuts. Line up the Mounting Plate with the holes, then secure the Tray with the two Carriage Bolts, Washers, an Nuts. Operation Instructions Lift up the lid using the lip on the front of the box. -
