ENGLISH USING THE BRAZIER 90 and 110 models The cooking hotplates are manufactured from STAINLESS STEEL with food grade certification. It is advisable, after lighting a fire, to wipe the surface with kitchen roll moistened with vinegar, which has excellent cleaning properties. Before starting to cook food, it is advisable to grease the entire cooking surface with cooking oil to prevent it from sticking to the surface. -

Es recomen- dable, después de encender el fuego, frotar la superficie con papel de cocina empapado en vinagre, que tiene un excelente poder limpiador. Antes de iniciar la cocción de las comidas, para evitar que estos se peguen a la superficie, se re- comienda untar de aceite alimentario toda la superficie de cocción. -
