SOME NOTES ON THIS USER MANUAL Remember that the USER MANUAL is not an accessory of the SMALL-E inspection device but it is an integral part of it and a SAFETY MEASURE (EN 12100). It is also to be considered an integration of the LUI HD WD and LUI HD 227 WD user manual to which reference must be made before using this device.

Each SMALL-E inspection device has its serial number, with the consequent CE marking. 1.2.2 To contact Braviisol Divisione Meccanica srl or its centres of assistance concerning the SMALL-E in- spection device, please always refer the model and serial number legibly affixed to the identification plate.
1.3 GENERAL DELIVERY NOTES SMALL-E inspection device can be shipped in containers, or on a pallet wrapped in a protective film, packed in boxes or on the platform. Always verify that upon receipt: 1 - The packaging is intact 2 - The supply corresponds to the order specifications (see bill of lading or packing-list) 3 - There is no damage to the SMALL-E inspection device .

LIMITED WARRANTY—Warranty Statement IF THE WARRANTY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALES CONTRACT, THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES APPLY TO THE MACHINE WARRANTY. The Manufacturer BRAVIISOL SRL warrants that all new units of equipment manufactured and sold by it conform to the Company latest specifications. The manufacturer warrants its equipment to the original purchaser against defect in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for 3 years from date of registered sale or date the unit left the factory if not registered.

1.5 SMALL-E INSPECTION DEVICE DESCRIPTION 1.5.1Purpose and product description The SMALL-E is a device CERTIFIED TO BE USED ONLY WITH LUI HD WD and LUI HD227 WD. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THIS DEVICE BEFORE HAVING READ THE USER MANUAL AND THE USER AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL OF THE PLATFORM.

4.1 SMALL-E INSPECTION DEVICE INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY ON PLATFORM Before performing the SMALL-E inspection device installation it is necessary to bring the Platform to the Zero Power Condition, that is: - Platform completely lowered (see PART 5 of the Platform user manual).

At this stage move the top control box in the position as showed in the drw 8 and the SMALL-E inspection device can be used (refer to the machine user manual for proper use of the machine and for the control box commands) drw 8 4.18...

To stow, first step down and move the top control box at the entry side. Fold-up the SMALL-E floor until the pin locks as showed in drw 9 drw 9 Pull each spring pin individually. Before releasing the last pin, hold the upper part of the exten- sion in the center and lower it in the closed position as showed in drw 10.

For removing the SMALL-E inspection device, pull up the device extension untill all four pins snap into the holes then pull the two lower locking pins as showhed in drw 11; lift up the device and re- move it. The procedure is finished.

6.1 GENERAL MAINTENANCE TIPS 6.1.a Regular inspection and conscientious maintenance is the key to efficient economical op- eration of your device. The manufacturer has worked hard to improve device reliability and simplify ordinary maintenance operations. Your equipment will perform satisfactorily with a minimum of service and repair.
