    Insert the Connector into the rear of the Probe and engage the collar by turning clockwise. There is no requirement to line the connectors up due to the Ring and Roller Pin connection design. The Collar should be done up firmly by hand with little to no rotation of the Cable or probe.

    DISCONNECTING THE PROBE Undo the collar and pull the connection apart. Check that the O-ring is clean and gently wipe down the connectors. Fit the protective caps to the cable connector and the probe. The connection between the NXG cable connector and the NXG probe should only be assembled and disassembled in a dry and clean area, to prevent contamination of the connectors and O-Rings.

    MAINTENANCE GUIDE Maintaining the NXG Vertical Inclinometer System ROUTINE Although the NXG Vertical Inclinometer System is a robust unit, it still MAINTENANCE needs to be treated with care and properly maintained. The NXG Vertical Inclinometer System is supplied with a cloth for removing moisture and dirt and oil for maintaining the moving parts, such as the wheel assemblies.
