2) The Shelf Support Sleeve (B) should snap into place. If it not secured properly, slide the Shelf Support Sleeve (B) up and down the Post (D) around the location of the post groove until it snaps into place. 3) Repeat the process for the three remaining Posts (D). 4) Slide the Post (D) through the bottom side of the Shelf (A) until it is firmly secured onto the Shelf Support Sleeve (B).
Caster Installation 6) Line the Post (D) up horizontally with the top stem of the Swivel Caster with Brake (C). 7) Use a rubber mallet to insert the Swivel Caster with Brake (C) into the Post (D) as shown. 8) Repeat for all four Swivel Casters with Brake (C) and Posts (D). 9) Determine the height of the remaining Shelves (A).
Side Panel Assembly 11) Install the Side Panels (F) by sliding the brackets at the bottom of the panels onto the inside of the posts as show below. The brackets on the side panels (F) should be on the bottom of the unit. Hammer down the Side Panel (F) so that the bottom lip of the side panel slides past the bottom Shelf (A) and the top loops rest as close as possible to the top of the Post (D).
Back Panels 13) Mount the back panels (G) onto the side panel’s (F) loops so that the two back panels (G) meet on the back side of the unit, flat edges next to each other. 14) After Side and Back panels (F + G) are in place and the top loops aligned over top of the Posts (D), install the Top Mounting Bolts (I) into the inserts at the top of the posts, using a 7/16”wrench to tighten into place.

15) Install the 4 back panel bracket sets (J) in place between the back 2 panels at the middle connecting point. The nuts will be on the inside side of the cart. Back Panels 16) Line up the Door Panels (H) with the Side Panel (F) loops and place them into position all at once. Latching the Front Doors 17) To close both doors, the left door must be closed before the right door.
