TSYS Gen2 is an efficient feature provided for ISOs and merchants to process secure transactions. This feature can be facilitated by the ISOs through Valor Portal. To utilize this feature, the ISOs and merchants need to have login access to the Valor Portal. This section provides step-by-step instructions for enabling the offline transactions flag in Valor Portal. 1. Login to the Valor Portal The ISO must enter their respective credentials on the Valor Portal and the homepage will appear. Navigate to the Merchant management In the Valor Portal, the ISO must navigate to the Merchant Management section, where you will find the option to add a new merchant. Click on "Add New" and select "Full Board" to initiate the onboarding process.
