9 Mobile app 9.1 Adding the door lock to the mobile app After adding the door lock to the mobile app, you can configure and manage the door lock. Note: The user account under which the door lock is registered is automatically the administrator user.

11 Managing authentication 11.1 Using mobile devices to authenticate (unlock) Preconditions: Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device. The mobile device is near the door lock. 1. Open the mobile app and go to the door lock dash- board. 2. Connect to the door lock by touching the unlock but- ton.

Note: The supplied smart key cards are unique to the door lock. If you have multiple door locks of the same model, you must use the smart key cards that belong to each door lock. Note: You can register your own smart key cards. The door lock supports third-party MIFARE®...

11.3 Setting user-level passwords A user level password belongs to a user that is configured in the mobile app. If the administrator is the only registered user, all user level passwords belong to the ad- ministrator. Preconditions: The mobile device is connected to the Internet. Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device.

Important: Be very careful with remote passwords. An individual can keep the password for later use and unlock the door at a point in time that you did not expect. This is possible because the timer that invalidates the password only starts after the individual uses the password for the first time.
