SAFETY
- Read the user manual carefully before use.
- To avoid overflowing of the appliance, do not clean it under running water.
- Keep the appliance away from children and infants. Unplug the appliance if it is not used for a long time.
- If the power cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by a Neno authorized service center to avoid hazard.
- Do not pour milk or food directly into the heating container.
- Before feeding the baby, check the food temperature on your wrist. Make sure the food does not cook for too long to not lose nutrients.
- A slight plastic smell will appear after a few first uses, which is normal and will disappear with time.
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction on the use of the appliance, and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children unless they are 8 years or older and under supervision. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children younger than 8 years old.
- The machine can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or with a lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction on the use of the appliance, and if they understand the hazards involved.
Tips: For a better comfort of use, wipe the appliance with a damp cloth before first use. Clean the bottle strainer, pour water into the heating cup, and turn on the sterilization. After the sterilization is finished, pour out the water and let the appliance dry naturally.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- When cleaning, please unplug the power plug and wait for the heating plate to cool to room temperature before cleaning.
- Do not scratch the heating surface with sharp metal objects.
- In case of accumulating scale, pour a mixture of citric acid, vinegar and water into the water container and boil using the sterilize function.
- It is recommended to clean the appliance every 10-15 days.
- After cleaning the machine let it dry naturally.
- It is recommended to pour a mixture of citric with vinegar or detergent and put aside for 10 minutes and then rinse with water.

The machine is equipped with:
- Temperature display
- Function indicator
and six buttons:
- function selection
- increase temperature
- night light
- time
- reduce temperature
- power button
- After you plug the appliance into the socket it will automatically switch to standby mode.
- Press (H), to turn the appliance on or off. After turning on, the buttons on the display panel will light up.
- Press the button (C), to pick the heating, defrosting, warming food and sterilization functions.
- To heat up milk: press the heating milk function and a (I) icon will light up and the display will show a temperature of 40°C by default. To change the temperature range from 35 to 50°C use + and – buttons. The icon will flash 2 times, the buzzer will beep, and the machine will start working. During the heating process, the display will show the current and the selected temperature.
- Thaw: select the thaw function and the (K) icon will light up, and the display will show a temperature of 37°C by default. To change the temperature range from 30 to 45°C use + and – buttons. The icon will flash 2 times, the buzzer will beep, and the machine will start working. During the heating process, the display will show the current and the selected temperature.
- Heat food: select the heat food function and the (J) icon will light up, and the display will show a temperature of 75°C by default. To change the temperature range from 60 to 80°C use + and – buttons. The icon will flash 2 times, the buzzer will beep, and the machine will start working. During the heating process, the display will show the current and the selected temperature.
- Sterilize: add about 150ml of water to the milk warmer and select the sterilize function. The (L) icon will light up and the display will show a temperature of 100°C, and then show the process of temperature rise. After the water is boiled, sterilize for 10 minutes. The sterilization time is fixed and cannot be changed - it takes 10 minutes.
- Time settings: The TIMER button is responsible for setting the time, after which the power-on device will start the previously selected mode. To set the timer, select one of the three modes (heating milk, feed, defrost), set the target temperature with the +/- buttons. Then click TIMER and select the time (from 1 to 24 hours), after which the device will start working on the selected mode.
NOTE: does not apply to the sterilization process. - Night light: press the (E) button and the night light will turn on.
- NOTE: The device maintains the temperature in the selected mode (warming milk, warming food, defrosting) for 72h unless it is turned off or another function is not started.

Add water to the same level as milk in the bottle. The water cannot exceed the MAX logo.
- Fill the bottle with milk and then place it in the strainer.
- Add the correct amount of water into the milk warmer.
ATTENTION! The appliance has a built-in anti overheat protection. If there is no water in the water tank, the screen will display an E3 warning, and the machine will not work.
