INSTRUCTIONS OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO Product presentation OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO is an add-on module for the OJ drive range of motor controllers. The OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO contain two 250V potential free relays and a number of A/D inputs Product use: see section 5. Introduction • Read this manual thoroughly and follow the instructions it contains before taking the OJ-DA- MODU-2R250-IO into use. -

A/D signals. See section 14. Functions. • The OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO should be used when one or two 250V AC potential free relays are required. • The OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO can be used for 4-20mA input speed control. -

• OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO should be fitted in the space between the input terminals and the motor output terminals. • Fit the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO by gently inserting the circuit board at an angle into the 3-point holder in the space between the input terminals and the motor output terminals. H1&H3: see fig. - Page 6 • Carefully align the 10-pin connectors opposite one another and gently press them together – H1&H3: see fig. 10.5; H4&H5: see fig. 10.6. • Attach the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO with the accompanying screw – H1&H3: see fig. 10.7; H4&H5: see fig. 10.8.

INSTRUCTIONS OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO Cable entries – cable glands – strain relief • Insert signal cables for the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO into the OJ drive through the cable glands. • The OJ drive is factory-equipped with three cable glands. If additional cable entries are required, remove the knockout from the middle of the OJ drive and fit an M16 cable gland. -

Check that no people or animals are present in the vicinity of moving parts. Product conformity Check that the voltage on the wires connected to the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO does not exceed 24VAC/30VDC. Mechanical installation Check that the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO has been attached correctly, that the connector between the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO and the OJ drive has been fitted properly and that the OJ-DA-MODU-2R250-IO has been secured with the accompanying screw. -
