HOW TO OPERATE YOUR BREVILLE CITRUS FRESH
Step 1: Lock juice jug into motor base
Place the juice jug over the drive shaft on
the motor base and turn until it locks into
position. Then sit the strainer dish on top of
the juice jug, ensuring that the spout on the
strainer dish is aligned with the spout of the
juice jug.
Step 2: Select cone size
Fit the small cone onto the drive shaft and
push down lightly, locking the small cone
into position. For larger fruits, place the large
cone on top of the small cone, after the
small cone has been correctly positioned on
the drive shaft. The large cone will lock into
place.

Step 3: Turn power 'ON'
Plug the power cord into a 230/240V power
outlet and switch on.
Step 4: Prepare fruit and start juicing
Cut the citrus fruit in half and press fruit
firmly down onto the cone. The motor will
automatically start and the juicing cone will
begin to rotate. Lifting fruit off the cone then
reapplying pressure may cause the cone to
automatically change direction. This is
normal and ensures that the fruit is
completely juiced.
Step 5: Stop juicing
To stop, lift the fruit off the cone. Juicing will
automatically stop.
HANDY TIPS
• Move the fruit from side to side against
the cone whilst juicing to extract
maximum juice.
• More juice is also obtained from fruit
juiced at room temperature.
