WARNINGS:

FUSE AND TEST THAT POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING!

and regulations.
• If you are unsure about any part of these instructions, consult an electrician.
TO INSTALL:
Back or side-wire accepts up to #10AWG copper or copper clad wire.
Tighten terminal screws using the appropriate torque value, which can be found at
Leviton.com/torquevalue.
WARNING: TURN OFF POWER. TEST POWER IS OFF. Remove insulation per "strip
gage". Connect per Diagram.
CAUTION: If a Grounding conductor is NOT attached to the GREEN screw then the
mounting means is NOT grounded. To ensure mounting means being grounded, mount in
a grounded metallic wallbox.
Restore power. INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.
NOTE: A lit LED indicates power to the receptacle.
