WARNING: Risk of scalding. High water temperature can cause
severe burns. Set the water temperature at or below 120°F (49°C)
following the adjustment procedure in the valve Installation Instructions.
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Only secure the shower arm with
a strap wrench on the section of the shower arm closest to the wall.
CAUTION: Risk of product or property damage. Do not use the
shower arm when fully extended horizontally.
Follow all local plumbing, building, and electrical codes.
Turn OFF the water supply.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1A. 1/8" Hex Wrench
1B. Thread Sealant Tape
1C. Strap Wrench
2A. Slide the wall plate onto the shower arm. Apply thread sealant tape.
3A. Secure the shower arm to the elbow. Verify that the strap wrench is only
used on the section of the shower arm that is closest to the wall.
4A. Turn ON the water.
5A. To adjust maximum water temperature, refer to the Installation
Instructions for the valve.
6A. Turn OFF the water. Remove the guard.
7A. Measure "Y" from the finished wall.
8A. Install the adapter in this orientation if Y= 1-5/16" (33 mm) - 1-13/16" (46
mm).
8B. Install the adapter in this orientation if Y= 1-9/16" (40 mm) - 2-1/16" (52
mm).
9A. Verify that the adapter is level.
11A. Thread the bonnet onto the hub and handtighten the bonnet securely.
12A. Some models: Turn the bonnet counterclockwise to align the corners.
13A. Run water to remove debris.
13B. Apply thread sealant tape. Install the showerhead.
14A. Showerhead Maintenance: Remove the showerhead and screen washer.
15A. Showerhead Maintenance: Clean the screen washer, then reinstall.

CONSERVER CES INSTRUCTIONS
1A. Clé hexagonale de 1/8 po
1B. Ruban d'étanchéité pour filets
1C. Clé à courroie
2A. Glisser la plaque murale sur le bras de douche. Appliquer du ruban
d'étanchéité pour filets.
3A. Fixer le bras de douche sur le coude. Vérifier que la clé à courroie est
uniquement utilisée sur la section du bras de douche la plus proche du mur.
4A. Ouvrir l'eau.
5A. Pour régler la température maximale de l'eau, se reporter aux instructions
d'installation pour la vanne.
6A. Couper l'eau. Retirer le dispositif de protection.
7A. Mesurer « Y » à partir du mur fini.
8A. Installer l'adaptateur dans cette orientation si Y= 1-5/16 po (33 mm) -
1-13/16 po (46 mm).
8B. Installer l'adaptateur dans cette orientation si Y= 1-9/16 po (40 mm) -
2-1/16 po (52 mm).
9A. Vérifier que l'adaptateur est à niveau.
