Offline When the extended option device is being initialized, “Please Wait” appears. Cover Open or Paper Jam If the cover of the extended option device is open or a paper jam occurs, an error message will be displayed with a JAM code.

Power Cord Not Connected If the power cord of the extended option device is not connected or is not properly connected, a power unconnected error will appear.
