    SECTION 3 PRODUCT INFORMATION EVAC Series charger is an important electric vehicle charging facility used for providing AC charging power supply to electric vehicles. Its system is simple, and featured with small footprint, convenient installation and easy operation. It can be installed in the electric vehicle charging stations, public parking, residential area parking lot, large shopping malls and other indoor or outdoor parking place.

    SECTION 5 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 5.1 Main interface Figure 5.1: Main interface (Front View) The main interface description: Two-dimensional photograph shows the front view of the charger which has circular LEDs, which indicates standby, charging and fault conditions. Normally when charger is not charging only LED glows blue in color....

    5.2 Charging Steps Following picture represents the step by step walk through for charging mechanism. Step 1: Constant glowing blue ring indicates the Ideal state. This state represents the input power to charger is okay. Display Step 2: When the plug is inserted in the vehicle socket, bright glow appears in the circular ring. Now the charger is in plugged in state Step 3: When the RFID authentication is done charger prepares for the power transfer.
  • Page 14 Step 4: After preparing state, the charging starts. At this state the rated current is fed to the vehicle. Two bright green light rotates in the ring. This is charging state, speed of rotation of the green light is proportional to the charging speed. Step 5: when battery reaches 100 % SOC.
