Dear PowerPac Support Team, I recently purchased the PowerPac IF7880 evaporative air cooler and noticed that the included blue ice pack bottle has a cap and a maximum fill indicator. I would like to confirm whether this bottle is: - Pre-filled and sealed (not meant to be opened), or - Designed to be opened and filled with water or another substance by the user. Could you kindly advise on the correct usage and whether any maintenance or refilling is required? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Eric Ang
