  • Page 2 QUICK START GUIDE Adjust the headband height: Loosen the knobs on either side Slide it to either lengthen or shorten the headband Tighten the knobs on either side. Adjust the headband tension: Pull out from the center of the headband for less tension. Push in towards the center of the headband for more tension Adjust microphone placement: Ensure the mic is placed touching against the lips for best performance.
