I bought a Robotic Pool Skimmer Aug,16 2024.the Rolling brush has stopped and it is DFC/RB/F001. I am trying to get support on the warranty. Can not get a number or address to address this.
@Jackie Warren The roller might be 'off track'. You need to check the axel to make sure it is correctly positioned. I re-positioned mine with a pliers.
We bought a doc/rb/f001 pool skimmer. Included in the box was a plastic bag of white clips with screws. What are they for? There is no5hing in the manual to indicate how to use the m.
@Kate Mathes These are legs to be attached at the bottom of the pool skimmer. In my product the waterproof motor was not waterproof at all and stopped working !!
