    2. Overview The BUKCI-3 is intended for cable and phase identification on a live LV distribution network. It can operate in single-phase or three-phase mode on 50 or 60Hz networks at 115V, 230V, or 400V. The set is comprised of two elements, the transmitter and the receiver.
