INCLUDED IN KIT: A single wheel kit includes all the material needed for two axles. Please refer to the chart at the end of the instructions to determine the number of kits needed for your project. NL38 CB35S NG38 CB15S W452 DWSB1 CB075S... - Page 3 Adjustment Clamps Loosen the adjustment knobs on each of the dock legs by turning the knobs counter-clockwise (see above image). This will free the legs so they may be removed. It is recommended to use one to two people to lift a corner of the dock upwards while another person removed one leg from the dock at a time.

W452 W452 Slide the wheel (WL1) and washer (W452) onto the axle frame (see image above). Slide open the retaining wire on the hitch pin (GP1).
- Page 5 HELP RECOMMENDED Use one person to hold a corner of the dock upwards. Insert one end of the axle assembly at a time into the legs of the dock. *Perform this step for both axle assemblies. Adjust the length of the legs appropriate to the depth of water you will installing the dock in. Turn the adjustment knobs clockwise to tighten the legs.
- Page 6 NL38 CB15S HWKB65 Fasten brace on each of the 4 legs (see image above). Keep the bolts loose in order to easily position the braces in the following steps. Swing one of the four braces upwards until you make contact with joists. With the brace raised on the joist, place a mark.
- Page 7 Drill a hole using a 13/32” drill bit. NL38 CB075S Fasten brace using the provided hardware. Repeat STEPS 9-13 for the other 3 braces. Tighten all braces on the bottom of each leg. PLEASE NOTE: Ensure all hardware is tightened before use.
