Before using this product, moke sure it is entirely suitable for your specific
opplicotion and for the environment in which it is used. Any variation introduced
by the user to the supplied equipment moy degrade the checker's performance.

Tips for on Accurate Measurement
●Ensure the somple does not contain any debris.
●Whenever the cuvette is ploced into the checker, it must be
dry outside and free of fingerprints, oil and dirt.
●Wipe the cuvette thoroughly with HI731318 microfiber
cleaning cloth or olint-free cloth prior to insertion.
●Shoking the cuvette can generate bubbles, cousing higher
tendings. To obtoin accurate meosurements, remove such
hubbies by swirling or by gently lapping the cuvelte.
●Do not let the reacted somple stand loo long ofter reagent
hos been odded, as occurocy will be effected.
●Discord the sample immediotely ofter the reoding hos been
taken or the gloss might become permanently stained.
Battery Replacement
To save the battery, the checker shuts down after 10 minutes of non-use and
2minutes ofter tending.
Afresh battery losis for ominimum of 5000 measurements. When the bottery is
drained, the instrument displays "bAd" then "bAt", and turns off.
To reploce the bottery, follow the next steps:
1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn the checker off.
2. Turn the instrument upside down and use oscrewdriver to unfasten the screw ond
remove the battery cover.

setiol number and the nature of the problem. If the repair is not covered by the
warranty, you will be notified of the chotges incurred. If the checker is to be
returned to Honno Instruments, first obtoin oReturned Goods Aulhorizolion (RGA)
number from the Technicol Service deportment and then send it with shipping
costs prepoid. When shipping ony product, moke sure it is properly packaged for
complete protection.

3. Remove the old battery, replace it with onew 1.5V AAA bottery, inserting the
negative end first.
4. Reploce the bottery cover, fasten ond tighten the screw.
