Das Dokument beschreibt eine Erweiterung des
Standardprodukts. Es bildet zusammen mit der
Sicherheitsinformation, Betriebsanleitung und Kon‑
formitätserklärung die vollständige Benutzerinfor‑

Funktion
Mit dem Sperreinsatz kann verhindert werden, dass
z. B. Wartungspersonal versehentlich im Gefahrenbe‑
reich eingeschlossen wird.
In Sperrstellung verhindert der Sperreinsatz das
Aktivieren der Zuhaltung. Der Sperreinsatz kann in
Sperrstellung durch bis zu 3 Schlösser (Bügeldurch‑
messer zwischen 5 und 9 mm) gesichert werden.
Wichtig!
Der Sperreinsatz stellt keine Sicherheitsfunktion

Die einwandfreie Funktion ist in regelmäßigen

Abständen zu überprüfen.
Der Sperreinsatz CET (inkl. Gehäusedeckel)

darf am Sicherheitsschalter nicht entfernt oder
ausgetauscht werden.
Sperreinsatz verwenden
Vor dem Betreten des Gefahrenbereichs:
1. Zuhaltung deaktivieren
2. Schutzeinrichtung öffnen
3. Knopf drücken, Sperreinsatz in Sperrstellung
bringen (Bild 1 und 2) mit Schloss sichern
(Bild 3).
Die Zuhaltung kann nicht aktiviert werden und die

Maschine darf sich nicht starten lassen.

Testen Sie dies vor Betreten des Gefahrenbereichs!
Sperreinsatz zurückstellen
1. Ggf. Schutzeinrichtung öffnen.
2. Schloss entfernen.
3. Sperreinsatz in Grundstellung bringen (Bild 1).

Scope

Function
The lockout bar can be used to prevent maintenance
personnel from being unintentionally locked in the
danger area, for example.
In locked position, the lockout bar prevents activation
of guard locking. The lockout bar can be secured in
locked position with up to three padlocks (shackle
diameter between 5 and 9 mm).
Important!
The lockout bar is not a safety function.

The lockout bar CET (including housing cover)

must not be removed from the safety switch or
replaced.
Using the lockout bar
Before entering the danger area:
1. Deactivate guard locking
2. Open the guard
3. Press the button, move the lockout bar to
locked position (Fig. 1 and 2) and secure with a
padlock (Fig. 3).
Guard locking cannot be activated, and it must

not be possible to start the machine.

Test this aspect before entering the danger area!
Resetting the lockout bar
1. Open the guard if necessary.
2. Remove the padlock.
3. Move the lockout bar to basic position (Fig. 1).
