IMPORTANT SAFETY and Assembly Instructions
CAUTION: These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that
they are read carefully and completely before beginning the assembly and installation
of this lighting fixture.
Do not plug into wall outlet before assembly. Unplug when replacing the lamp bulb.
This lamp is meant for indoor use. Dry locations only.
Parts List:
(A) Base
(B) Socket Assembly and (C) Saddle of Socket
(D) Harp
(E) Shade
(F) Finial
1. Carefully unpack and place all parts on a soft, smooth surface. Inventory all parts.
2. Thread the socket assembly (B) clockwise to body (A).
Carefully pull excess cord through the lamp base during assembly.
3. Install Harp (D) into the saddle of socket (C).
4. Place shade (E) onto Harp (D)
5. Screw and tighten
Use Type A 150 watt max bulb or LED Equivalent (not included).
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION:
This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
safety feature to reduce risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug
can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat this safety
feature.
Care and Maintenance:
To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
