MOUNTING THE ENCLOSURE You will need to Pre-Drill the top two lag screw holes before installing. Rubber/metal washers must be installed on lag screws to prevent water ingress into the enclosure. *If you are in a very damp environment and concerned about water ingress, use some silicone on/around the lag screw during installation for extra sealing insurance.

SECURING THE EQUIPMENT AmpShell (Gen2) is shown below with a Sonos Amp secured using two of the included hook n’ loop pull-tight strips to the base plate. The amp is mounted sideways, with the rear of the device facing the hinges of the enclosures to help with wire management, airflow, and to maximize the amount of usable space.
* We recommend not operating your device when the ambient air temp is within 5° of the safe max operating temp of your device, or higher. SUPPORT & WARRANTY AmpShell (Gen2) includes a 1 year warranty for parts and labor against manufacturer defects. There is no coverage for damage to users devices mounted within for any reason. Damage caused by neglect or improper usage is not covered. Any accessories or optional add-ons for AmpShell are covered by their own warranty.
