Dilution
A. Place chemical container below unit
B. Select a metering tip for desired dilution ratio
C. Install the metering tip by screwing it onto the
hose barb for the chemical inlet
D. Install chemical suction line to hose barb
E. Connect suction line to chemical solution

Install and Connect
A. Mount SLX plate to wall
B. Flush supply lines
C. Connect supply lines:
• Compressed air (1/2" tube)
• Water (1/2" FNPT)
D. Connect discharge hose to
1/4" x4
spreader nozzle and hose barb
1/2" x4
on foamer

E. Mount the spreader nozzle to
COLOR HMI, 2"
wall near door

Operation
A. Plug in power cord, 115VAC
B. Adjust timer for activation and interval settings
Default: 10 sec. on / 15 min. off
C. Engage water and air supply
D. Press START to activate system
E. Observe foam consistency - adjust air or water
pressure as needed (min water pressure 35 PSI)
F. Press BOOST to reduce interval time
G. Press START again to halt system
