Attaching the Handlebar

❶
❶ Place the handlebar in the center of the bottom handlebar
clamp.
❷ Hook the back of the top clamp plate into the back of the
bottom plate. Rotate the clamp until the holes are aligned.
❸ Insert the bolt into the hole on the top handlebar clamp and
tighten the bolt.

(there are three lock in positions to choose from).
