They are built for tough kitchen duty with rugged durable aluminum construction, thick insulation, and toggle or infinite controls .

Clearly post all CAUTIONS, WARNINGS, and OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS near each unit to ensure proper operation and to reduce the chance of personal injury and/or equipment damage .

    USER MANUAL INITIAL SETUP • INSPECT THE PACKAGING: Examine the exterior of the packaging for any signs of damage that might have occurred during shipping . • UNBOXING: Open the packaging with care . Use scissors or a box cutter to cut open the box, ensuring you do not damage the strip warmer or its components .

    USER MANUAL UNDER SHELF MOUNTING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS • When mounting a unit under a shelf, use the adjustable angle bracket to ensure proper spacing . • Strip warmers can be mounted to the underside of a shelf with a minimum gap of 1” to protect electrical system . Use the following procedure to install adjustable brackets on each end of the aluminum housing models: Position the unit on a flat surface with the heating element facing down .
  • Page 6 USER MANUAL Installing Chain-Suspended Units Cont. NOTE: The strength of the chain supplied is sufficient to hold the weight of the unit securely only when mounted properly . Prepare the overhead mounting system for the “S” hooks . Ensure the system is secure and is set up so the unit will be suspended at a level, safe, and proper distance from walls, counters, and food .
  • Page 7 USER MANUAL Installing Optional T-Legs or C-Legs NOTE: Only 120V models with a power cord and plug connection are compatible with T-legs or C-legs . Do not mount units longer than 72" on these legs . POSITION THE UNIT: Place the strip warmer on a flat surface with the heating element facing up . POSITION THE LEGS: Identify the mounting hole located on the short ends of the strip warmer .

    USER MANUAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: PREPARE THE SNEEZE GUARDS: Remove the protective film from both sneeze guards . ATTACH SNEEZE GUARD PANELS TO BRACKETS: • Using the cross recessed pan head screws and cap nuts, attach the left sneeze guard to the left metal bracket as shown below .
