  • Page 6 7 liters of water is filled, indicating sufficient water. Important: Use only water provided by EG Automotive’s “Heater Core Cleaning Chemical.” Dissolve it in a separate container with 1 liter of warm water and add it through the filter section where water was filled.
  • Page 7 Chemical Addition The “Heater Radiator Cleaning Chemical,” supplied and recommended by EG OTOMOTİV, should be dissolved in 1 liter of warm water in a separate container. Once fully dissolved, add it to the water through the filter section where water was previously filled.

  • Page 9 a.5) Operation After ensuring the water level is sufficient and the red light has gone out, turn on the device by switching on its power. Set the timer to the desired duration and begin the operation. Note: A minimum of 7 liters of water is required in the device. The device is preset to 85˚C, but the temperature can be adjusted on the digital display panel.
  • Page 10 a.8) Using the Pressure Relief Valve To prevent potential damage to old radiator cores due to high pressure, utilize the pressure relief valve on the machine. Figure 2.0 a.9) Filter Housing Use To clean the filter housing, first engage the emergency stop switch on the device’s screen. After cleaning, place the filter housing while the device is off.

    The device will not operate if the water level is insufficient, protecting itself from potential damage due to dry operation. Our devices are covered by a 2-year warranty. During this time, we strongly recommend using EG Automotive’s heater core cleaning chemical, as it is organic-based and safe for both the device and the vehicle’s components. Damage caused by using different acid-based chemicals may void the warranty.
