How to Use Your Asimom Jewel

Turn on the speaker
Plug power in via the supplied adapter in, and press the button(one second )to turn on the speaker, then there comes electronic prompt tone.

Pair your Bluetooth-enabled device
Enable the Bluetooth feature on your smart device. Search and select "Asimom Jewel" on the Bluetooth list. Once paired, you can see the connection status on your device.

Have Problems of Connecting?

1. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of the speaker.
2. Clear your Bluetooth pair list on your Bluetooth device and try the pair steps again.
3. If still have problems, please contact ASIMOM customer service: support_us@iasimom.com for help.

Play Music with a TF Card

Card capacity: It should be 32G or below. If your TF card is larger than 32G, please format it to FAT32 or FAT.
Support files: MP3, WAV
Play in order: Music plays in the download/copy order.

Set Up True Wireless Stereo Pairing

Steps:

1. Turn on the two Asimom Jewel Bluetooth speakers.
2. Choose one speaker as main speaker. Long press the "" button of the main speaker. You can hear the electronic prompt tone, and the LED indicators will be flashing blue rapidly.
3. Make sure the second speaker is not connecting with any Bluetooth devices. Then the second speaker will automatically pair with the main speaker.
4. When the two speakers succeed stereo pairing, you will hear the electronic prompt tone. The LED indicator of the main speaker is flashing blue, and the secondary speaker is solid blue.

Notice:

1. The secondary speaker will reconnect with the last device if they used to be connected. Press and hold the Play/Pause of the second speaker to disconnect from the device. Then the second speaker start to automatically pairing function.
2. TWS mode cannot be activated through micro SD card mode.

Charging the speaker

The Asimom Jewel comes with full charge, but you'd better recharge it before the first use in case of low battery. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge.
When the Asimom Jewel is running low on battery the music volume automatically drops down 15% and prompt tone will remind you to plug the speaker.

Trouble Shooting

Problems	Solutions
No power	Battery may be in protection mode or drained. Plug power in and charge the speaker.
Low battery prompt tone	Please recharge the speaker
Battery can not charge	Make sure you use a adaptor provided by ASIMOM or bought from qualified manufacturer.
Speaker can not pair with the mobile device	Turn the Bluetooth feature off and turn on again on your mobile device. Remove your speaker from the Bluetooth list and pair again. Pair different device. Reset your speaker.
No sound	Please select "Asimom Jewel" as the default playback device. Increase the volume on your speaker, and your Bluetooth device. Make sure the sound prompts are on. Play different music source. Try to pair another Bluetooth device. If two devices are connected, pause your other device.
Asimom Jewel speakers can not pair together manually	Disconnect the Bluetooth, press and hold the "" button separately until it flashes blue and waits for auto pairing.
Poor sound quality/buzzing sound	Try to play different music source. Check the device's audio settings. Charge the speaker until it is fully charged. Increase the volume. Try to pair another Bluetooth device.
Laptop prompts to install driver	This driver is not for "Asimom Jewel" but for your laptop Bluetooth function, please contact customer service of the laptop or Windows for help.
Cannot turn off the speaker	Use a needle to poke the "Reset" in the reset port.
Auto power off	Contact ASIMOM customer service at support_us@iasimom.com to disable auto power off by firmware upgrade.

Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
Do NOT place heavy objects on the top of the device.
Do NOT store the device in a place with dust or high humidity.
Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the device by yourself.
Do NOT use when it is near microwave ovens or wireless LAN products.
Do NOT use the cleaning products that contain benzene, solvents or alcohol.
Do NOT expose the device to excessive heat or direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Use the supplied charge cable or a cable from qualified manufacturers to charge the device.
