    MIG 405 / MIG 505 1 - VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE EN VOORZORGEN BIJ HET LASSEN WAARSCHUWING! Lassen kan schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid Bescherm uzelf en anderen tegen mogelijke verwondingen. Houd kinderen verwijderd. Dragers van een pacemaker moeten ook verwijderd blijven tenzij na consultatie van uw dokter. Installatie, gebruik en alle onderhoud- en herstelwerkzaamheden mogen enkel door geschoold en bevoegd personeel uitgevoerd worden.

    MIG 405 / MIG 505 DRAADSTUWER Alvorens interventies te doen aan de draadstuwer (wisselen van draadspoel, geblokkeerde draad, …) moet het apparaat uitgeschakeld worden indien mogelijk. Indien niet mogelijk bv. bij het opzetten van een nieuwe draad, zorg ervoor dat de draad of de toorts geen contact maken met metaaldelen. Draag steeds handschoenen. OOGBESCHERMING TEGEN STRALING Het is noodzakelijk uw ogen te beschermen tegen lasstraling: gebruik hiervoor een helm of lasscherm met een gepast lasfilter.

    MIG 405 / MIG 505 4 - AANSLUITEN / INGEBRUIKNAME MIG/MAG halfautomaten moeten in een propere plaats opgesteld worden, vrij van stof, vochtigheid en ontvlambare producten. (Zie blz. 3: Veiligheidsinformatie en voorzorgen bij het lassen). - Alvorens de voedingskabel op het net aan te sluiten, controleren of de netspanning overeenkomt met de op de kenplaat vermelde spanning (3 x 230V of 3 x 400V).

    MIG 405 / MIG 505 4 - BRANCHEMENT / MISE EN MARCHE Les machines de soudage semi-automatique doivent être installées dans un lieu protégé de la poussière, de l’humidité et sans matériaux inflammables.     MIG 405 / MIG 505 7 – ENTRETIEN Les machines de soudage MIG semi-automatique n'ont pas besoin des opérations spéciaux d'entretien, mais il est nécessaire d'effectuer périodiquement son nettoyage. La fréquence de cette opération doit être en rapport aux conditions de l'ambiant. Pour effectuer cette opération, on doit procéder comme suite: - Débrancher le poste du secteur.

    MIG 405 / MIG 505 ELECTRICAL SAFETY WIRE FEEDER Before any intervention on the wire feeder (changing the reel, unlocking a blocked wire, …) the machine must be turned off and the supply current cut off if possible. If not possible verify, especially when introducing a new wire, that neither the wire nor the torch will come in contact with metallic pieces.

    MIG 405 / MIG 505 4 – INSTALLATION / OPERATING MIG machines must be installed in proper places free from dust, humidity and flammable products (see pag. 25 "SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS DURING WELDING”). - Before connecting the primary cable to the mains supply, voltage must be checked (3x230 or 3x400 Volt). Normally, the welding machine is set to 3x400V.
