DISPLAY ON CONTROL PANEL PRESS POWER BUTTON TO TURN THE ELECTRONIC STEPPER OFF. The device automatically stops operating after 15 minutes. Press Auto Exercise or Manual Exercise to restart the timer at 15 minutes and continue exercising. WHEN POWER IS OFF OR NOT PLUGGED IN You can use the device when it is not plugged in or when the power is off. -

- Page 16 BETRIEBSANLEITUNG 1. Stecken Sie den elektronischen Stepper ein. 2. Drücken Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste, um den Strom einzuschalten. Strom: Das Gerät ist nun bereit für den Betrieb. Modus: Auto-Training: Automatisches Training: Drücken Sie die MODUS-Taste einmal, um P1 zu aktivie- ren, zweimal, um P2..zu aktivieren und zwölfmal, um P12 zu aktivieren. Die Pedale drehen sich mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit und Richtung, wenn Sie diese verschiedenen Modi einstellen.
