NOTICE: Measure your actual product for site preparation. Note the model number located on the whirlpool pump, then visit the product page at kohler.com for additional information. Make sure the flooring offers adequate support for your whirlpool, and verify that the subfloor is flat and level. -

4. Cut the Pump Banding Straps IMPORTANT! This step is necessary to make your KOHLER whirlpool operate more quietly. Use tin snips to cut the two pump banding straps from each whirlpool pump. NOTE: Do not raise the pumps higher than they were before you cut the pump banding straps. If the pumps are raised too high, they will not prime properly. -
